He wasn’t simply expressing an opinion. He was asking for action during an insurrection. Yes it was an insurrection as their panicked texts show. Being party to a crime certainly trumps privacy. Sure he can express his opinion , see my post #694 bullet #3. But the thing you keep missing or avoiding is when you say this was Hannity just expressing an opinion that it's bullshit. He was a person of influence trying to influence a presidential action to a national crisis.

which govt agency should monitor his communications to determine when he is expressing an anodyne opinion, and when he is on the record and his words are no longer private? can he preface his words by saying that this is merely his opinion, and keep his privacy or will the gestapo come for his records regardless?
i am not supportng any overthrow and i didnt vote trump, nor do i believe he won the election any more than i think russia stole it for trump as hillary claims.
