The following facts are for the very few honest people on this board, not you: Prosecutors say that Reffitt was armed and also carrying plastic cuff restraints when he advanced upon a line of police officers defending the Capitol. Later, video showed him on the Capitol balcony. Whether or not he actually stepped foot "into the Capitol" I do not know, he claims he didn't. But I always admit when I'm wrong about something, so the stories said he was "on the Capitol grounds" not that he entered the building. I assumed it. Not that it matters even one tiny lick. He was there to remove Pelosi and McConnell, according to prosecutors. He was armed to do it. He was body armored to do it. He was equipped with plastic restraints to do it. He was an insurrectionist attempting to overthrow our election. And FBI search of his home found more arms, and plastic cuff restraints. So it's a pretty safe bet to believe that he brought some with him to the Capitol.
