I don't see the problem with this. If you have a "reason" to vote by mail then there is no reason you can't get it in the mail by a certain date. It is after all "election day" and not "election season" we are far too advanced of a country to be monkeying around with this type of bullshit. To those that will say "that is racist" or any of that other bullshit, if you are too stupid to not be able to get your ballot to the post office by the deadline then you are too stupid to vote and it shouldn't be counted because of that reason alone.
