This will be a very interesting trial and the outcome could determine the fate of DJT. Stewart Rhodes defense will be he expected Trump to invoke the so called insurrection act to prevent congress from carrying out its duties January 6. This could expose a real can of worms and lead to everything from an acquittal of Rhodes and by extension Trump as the insurrection act wasn’t invoked to the exposure of the conspiracy and provide direct evidence of Trump’s involvement and his culpability.
