No she didn't, liar. In fact, she conceded almost immediately. Claiming an election was "not fair" or that the election was not legitimately conducted is not the same as claiming she won the election. She claimed that she beat trump in the popular vote, which is absolutely true but something else trump's ego would not accept so he lied about that, too. And aside from that, she didn't plan a coup, she didn't encourage violence against the vice president and Congress, she didn't incite an insurrection against the Capitol, she didn't claim massive fraud, she didn't try to pressure state officials to change election results, and she didn't break an oath to defend this country.

She was absolutely correct. Russian interference in our elections was "not in accordance with accepted standards." And that's not the same as claiming "I won the election" as jmg lied. And even if she ever HAD claimed "I won the election" it still would not be equivalent to what trump did.
