Bannon has been found guilty on two counts of contempt of congress related to the Jan 6th hearings. 1. Refusing to appear after subpoena 2. Refusing to furnish materials after subpoena He faces up to a year in prison on each count and a couple of hundred thousand dollars in fines. No real problem with this, he did what they said he did. He should have gone, pled executive privilege or taken the fifth. Remember those Hillary aides given immunity and still pled the fifth? Lois Lerner ring a bell? The problem I have lies in application of this law. First time since the late 1930's it has been used? Also, what about the Democrats and other Republicans over the last 80+ years. James Holder, Clintons etc. This whole Jan 6th stuff is pure political theater, wholly supported by the mainstream media and more frighteningly, the FBI and DOJ.It is fake and a set up. If it wasn't, the folks that stormed the White House, burned a church and forced a President into the emergency bunker would still be going through appeals.
Pretty disingenuous. Is all this intended to entertain and your are pulling our legs or are you really that obsessed? The term "net exporter" mean anything to you? It means we sell or export more than we buy or import. Oil, gas and other petrochemicals and by products are moved and traded all over the world everyday. We import some stuff to make blends or fill temporary gaps and make products using different elements gathered from all over the world. For a time and under Trump, we were a NET EXPORTER of petroleum and gas. That status lasted for a short while under Biden. Notice how I used the term net exporter in a sentence. https://www.eia.gov/energyexplained/oil-and-petroleum-products/imports-and-exports.php
Do I think so? I'm leaning yes. - As a co-conspirator he should have ALREADY been indicted for the crime for which Michael Cohen went to prison. Garland should have indicted immediately upon taking the AG job. - He should have ALREADY been indicted on 10 counts of obstruction of justice in the Mueller investigation. Again, Garland should have indicted immediately upon taking office. Now, inasmuch as Garland proved himself milquetoast on those two sets of crimes, I'm not fully confident he'll charge trump for the following, as he should. But Garland can make a choice... defend the Constitution and uphold the notion that no person is above the law in the USA or go down in history as the man responsible for the destruction of America's history of peaceful transfers of power. - Seditious conspiracy: For inciting an insurrection against the USA with the help of "militia's" like the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers. That conspiracy ran through Roger Stone, who was in multiple contact pre-Jan. 6 with those organizations. It's no coincidence that trump preemptively pardoned Stone. trump's non-response to the J6 attack in real time proves his criminal intent. - Witness tampering and obstruction of justice: For contacting and attempting to pressure the testimony of J6 witnesses. - There might be some Federal statute for violation of oath. I don't know. That's on the Federal level. On the state level, the interference in the Georgia election is a slam dunk. The interference in Arizona might also be prosecutable. The NY financial crimes are still under investigation.
In all honesty, I think this remains to be seen. As was stated in the hearing last night, more people are coming forward each day. With each hearing, people are telling me (couldn't resist Trump's favorite phrase) he is getting closer to actually being prosecuted. Obstruction of a government proceeding, obstruction of justice are two obvious possibilities. Don't put it past him to obstruct in the coming weeks and months. He may be charged with something that hasn't happened yet. Poor Donald just can't help himself.
Some of the video being shown has never been seen by the public before. So you are intentionally ignoring evidence.
yeah you said that 9 times, you said just watch. you would think after like 50 hours or whatever we would at least have some clue about which law was broken by trump. perhaps your inability to name anything speaks to how weak the case for whatever you might imagine is.
