Thinking work product would be but it's a little gray area now. Hillary changed all the rules. Now you can delete anything you want, bleach bit your hard drives and destroy material under active subpoena. No problem

What the J6 Committee has already proven: on January 6 trump had no rational reason to believe he had won the election or that it was being stolen from him. Did he actually believe those things? Probably not, but who knows the mind of a pervert narcissist. if he actually did, does it excuse his behavior? Well, no. There is no forgiveness in the law for willful ignorance, and if you believe a bank owes you money it's still criminal if you rob it.

What the J6 Committee will establish tonight: that despite no rational reason to believe he had won the election he still stood by for over three hours, with delight, while watching our democracy under attack, doing nothing to call it off although he had the immediate power to do so.

With all seriousness: how can you support an American president who stood by cheerfully for over three hours while our democracy was under attack unless YOU, yourself, are no fan of our democracy?

No, she didn't. It's been well established that everything she did was legal or republicans, who had all the numbers and all the desire, would have convicted her. They didn't because they couldn't.

Your "bleach bit" comment should remind us, though, of trump's imbecility.... he believed and said so publicly that Hillary had paid professionals to use actual bleach on her hard drives. LMAO.

and yet with all this effort trying to get him on every imaginable thing, walls closing in for 7 years now, still not found guilty of anything, and no charges even behind jan 6.

can you describe the specific charge you think he will get?

i think its worth noting here you foolishly think the nations power resides in a place, perhaps a closet or chest, right? else why does it matter where the people riot?

meanwhile biden who explicitly told me i would not get covid if i was vaxxed, is himself double vaxxed, and infected.

i guess a virus by nature is unpredictable and we shouldnt make such definitive statements about, eh party of science?
