Have you seen Trumps crowds, or lack thereof, recently? Trump will never have DeSantis as a running mate because DeSantis is not the type to be subservient. Trump demands subservience. Trump already detests DeSantis because he doesn't praise Trump enough and because his is already neck and neck with him in the polls. You have to remember it is ALL about ego with Trump.

what you are doing here is implying that it matters whether trump gets over anything as a way to imply he id dangerously authoritarian. this is based on a lie about 1/6, that lie being there was any realistic hope whatsover of the country being overthrown, and that we were in danger. that a lie. there was no hope of overthrow, and we never came close to losing our democracy. you are again lying by implying we should care if trump cant get over losing and will somehow finagle a coup. else why do we give the slightest fuck if he can "get over it"?

I think it's possible. I don't believe the 2 hate each other ar all. DeSantis has run Florida much like Trump ran America, more than one have called it Trump's template. I think there are a lot of very good VP picks out there though. Having a VP you can trust is incredibly important. Being of the same mind doesn't mean they're a lackey or in anyway a "Yes man".
