maybe not illegal, but it is unpatriotic, especially when there was, and still is 1.5 years later, no proof. anyway, he made it clear by his own words before the election and history thru life that he wasn't going to admit defeat. he encouraged dissension and his followers didn't disappoint.
No but it illegal to try to fraudulently change the outcome, encourage and initiate an insurrection and create fraudulent slates of electors. Yes as @rockwallfan says it’s unpatriotic but then that’s never bothered Trump. If and when he’s brought before the bar and the facts are shown he will be exposed for what he always has been.
so if you believed the ballots to be fraudulent you would want them included? seems like the right thing to do is bar fraudulent ballots from being counted.
