If this has all come out then why are you the only one who seems to know? Let me tell you why...because this argument was brought into court after the election and was roundly shut down by Trump appointed judges and then later when the Texas AG brought it before the Supreme Court it was shut down again. It has no merit. You might have covered this in your own mind but it's a farse and has been rejected by the courts.
