There were 3 basic groups of people that day; Peaceful Protesters - good traditional American activity; Rioters - people who planned to protest but lost control turned violent; and the third group, insurrectionist - people there to stop the ceremonial transfer of government because they stupidly believed that in doing so Trump would somehow stay president. Nobody ever said they were smart. Gee, where could they get that stupid idea? I guess from Trump stupidly saying Pence had the same power. They weren't stupid enough to think they could take over the country, but they were stupid enough to believe they could help Trump keep the presidency. Trump did nothing to discourage the stupid idea. By lumping the rioters and the insurrectionists together and denying there was anything more going on than protest and rioting you're in essence defending insurrectional activities. First defense is always no crime was committed.

I need you guys help. Who wants to join me in protesting federal, state, and local government laws infringing on my personal freedom? Here’s the deal. Even though I have personally done nothing to deserve it, these government assholes have arbitrarily decided that it's OK to hassle me when I’m drinking a fine Kentucky bourbon out of its bottle while driving through the elementary and middle school zones. WTF!! I have an impeccable driving record. No tickets and no accidents and I obey all of the school zone speeds. I keep my blood alcohol just under the legal limit. I’m not swerving or driving erratically. There's no reason to pull me over so its just a power grab. I just want to demonstrate to our leaders of tomorrow how true freedom works. When it’s their turn in power I want them to have a vision of what personal freedom in action looks like. However, when I’m stopped at the crosswalk waiting for the cross guard to get the slow kids across, as soon as I raise that bottle to my lips people lose their shit. I’m talking unbelievably aggressive cop hassles. They even fucking took my bottle of Special Crawford Reserve. Look, I know how we got here. Some dickhead got drunk and ran over a couple slow children at play. But what does that have to do with me and what I should have the right to do. The whole ‘do what's good for society’ is bullshit. This is America baby, it’s all about the individual. But the Dems saw an opportunity and grabbed it. Now not only can’t I guzzle bourbon in a school zone – I can’t talk on my phone. Can you fucking believe it? Talking is now against the law! First amendments is in shreds! I tell ya they are coming for us – get your guns ready. So who’s in?? Let’s all grab a bottle of legal moonshine and demonstrate to tomorrow’s leaders what freedom looks like. When the crosswalk guard and kids are in front of car, we’ll down a couple of gulps, raise the bottle up out of the sun roof and let out a rebel yell. Someone give me their kid or grandkids school name. We can start there next week.
