i dont see how is inciting a mob if he wants them to go home, and his plans to overturn the election are not at all helped by the mob. i asked you gentlemen many times the procedure a mob can follow to take over a country and you seem desperate to keep that a secret, perhaps for national security. good work, patriot.

A federal judge indicated Monday he will reject an urgent bid by John Eastman — the attorney who spearheaded Donald Trump’s effort to pressure Mike Pence to single-handedly overturn the 2020 election This is false and not a reality that can even happen.
The two big hot questions in Washington right now are: 1- Who wrote the draft executive order that would have ended American democracy? Was it Sidney Powell? Michael Flynn? Christopher Miller? 2- Why didn't trump sign the draft executive order? Did he come to the realization that he didn't want to go down in history as the piece of s*** who ended American democracy? Doubtful, because once it's gone it's gone, and he would have been in charge of writing those history books. More likely: somebody convinced him it was a very bad idea tactically, that the blowback would be tremendous, and since he knew that the premises upon which it was based were giant lies that his chances of getting away with it were less than even. So, this might be a separate question no. 3: who convinced him not to go through with it?
The conspiracy put into effect didn't require siezure of the voting machines. It might have been an alternate method that was rejected for the one put into place, or maybe a later step once trump had called for martial law. That's why it's important for the Jan. 6 committee get to the bottom of all this.
