No it's not clearly true. What's clear is if you cover your eyes you can't see anything. There was harm, there was a foul. If you attempt a murder and fail at it; you still go to jail. Not everyone, not even most of them, but some were there to stop the transfer of government. And they were successful for about 12 hours. We can argue about the extent and the details, but to say it was a non event because the horned hat guy is not sitting in the Oval office is absurd. .

Little Rex said that the group arrested said they believed Trump would initiate the "insurrection act" and activate them. Clearly, Trump never did this and thus, no insurrection by Trump. Just a few fringe retards role playing. These are the facts and this is what is ACTUALLY clear. Not your made up stories about an insurrection that never even took place. Take your own advice, read my posts if you intend to converse. I've never posted that Trump was an insurrectionist. It's not always all the time about the Orange dick head. Some of the people that crashed the capitol were there to stop the peaceful transfer of the government to a new administration. Were they morons - absolutely. But being a moron does not excuse you from the crimes you commit.
I can only assume the way I phrased that question made you realize how utterly retarded it is to consider a group of un-armed role players in the capital as insurrectionist. Just like Martin said.
