No impeachment is limited to certain actions done by the president and is essentially a trial with congress playing the part of the grand jury and prosecution. The senate is the trial venue and jury. In addition it’s a process defined in the constitution. January 6 was a riotous insurrection with no basis in the constitution or law.
Hillary didn't mean "illegitimate" in any legal sense, she meant it as many other politicians have used it since the dawn of time: not acceptable under normal, acceptable rules. You know that.
