I heard the Thomas kid was pretty good. Also, is the Hall visit a play on 2011 recruit from that high school?
Could be a play to help with Anthony Wallace. He doesn't look too bad as a QB prospect though and he has the skills to play WR based on his athleticism I saw on his film. Probably a backup plan like Eric Thomas but could also help if Zach Lee turns pro in baseball. I think Lee comes to LSU though.
Just a heads up, you posted at the same time so you might of missed the video of Hall I posted. Also, his family posted more than a few times that coming to LSU is very important to him and his family. They are not struggling financially by any means and they said a million dollars is not what it used to be. I think it would take at least $2M signing bonus for him to leave IMO and I have no clue if he will get that amount or not but him being committed to play football usually lessens the chance of being drafted very high. Education is also playing a big factor.
That is some impressive video. I would love for Lee to enroll and take a redshirt, because he has intangibles to be good in this league
It appears that J.C. Copeland is coming in for a visit. He is a soft verbal to Tennessee after the coaching change. 4 star on Rivals, 3 on Scout. He is listed as a DE, but there is some speculation about moving him inside. After watching his video you want this guy. His effort, motor, speed, penetration are outstanding. The only problem is he seems a bit undersized for his position of DL. He explodes off the ball and stays low and he gets into the backfield. I would have trouble saying no to a player that shows the kind of tenacity this kid shows, but I don't know if he can handle the big boys.
I really like this guy after watching his video and Miles says he has the frame to add weight. I would prefer him to Brandon Jackson after comparing the videos. BTW, he is a teammate of Brandon Worle. Here is Copeland's:
