They hated him there from the beginning. He didn't fit the culture. He wasn't a Meeecheegan Man. I don't want him here but he isn't a bad coach. He was 33-5 his last 3 years at West Virginia.
I said in another thread that Miles had earned a last chance if he would agree to hire a forward-thinking OC and let him do the job. RR would fit the bill. Harris would be hell at the read option if he were coached by someone who actually knows how it should be run.
Heck. I liked him at WV. I remember watching that program's coming out party against GA and thinking that it was incredibly impressive from an offensive perspective. I just don't think he can win in the SEC. Coming straight out of WV, probably, but not now. I think it would be much harder for him to recruit considering his more recent stops.
