She willfully used a private server. And was extremely negligent in using it. Negligence is another word all over the statues.
Which was not against the law... and is still not. The actual record proves otherwise: no classified emails and no hacks. "Gross negligence" is a legal concept which you apparently don't understand. By the statutes themselves no serious legal expert ever expected Clinton to be indicted.
It's 100% a fact that it's illegal to have classified information on a non secure network. The FBI found SAP data. It's a 100% fact.
Of course Clinton didn't pull the trigger himself but he was a key figure in allowing the high level cartel of Pablo Escobar to use a location in Arkansas as a smuggling base under the protection of state government
I'll say this, too, about James Comey... he doesn't know "recklessness". No properly classified emails crossed Clinton's server. There is no evidence her server was ever hacked. In the meantime, government servers from other Departments were routinely hacked... even Social Security and IRS information. Such evidence points to the very opposite of recklessness on Clinton's part, but we can't say the same for James Comey... anybody who can fuck up as much as he has since July has no business calling somebody else "reckless".
