So its just a coincidence that all those people associated with the Clintons died under questionable circumstances? Another one not mentioned on that site but another has Barry Seal listed among their victims. Seal was a pilot from Baton Rouge who was flying planeloads of cocaine from Columbia to Mena AR when Bill was governor. When Seal got busted and started to rat he was gunned down at a halfway house at the Salvation Army in BR.
It's entirely plausible that Bill Clinton was involved in the smuggling operation

Rex, the press conference was immaterial.

At that point the horse, named Integrity, had left the barn. Comey messed up by not referring the case to the DoJ. And the politicized DoJ would have messed up by turning a blind eye, as discussed on the tarmac. At least in that, the correct scenario, the blame could be placed at the feet of political hacks, not attributed to the National Police Force that just has to remain apolitical.

Comey messed up by somehow, inexplicably, applying the bogus legal standard of "intent" to statutes dealing with classified material. Examine the statutes, there is nothing about intent. Yet, Comey decided there was no intent (which was the whole deal) and let gross mishandling of classified material putting both individuals and the county at risk go without consequences.

It is fine to be passionate about a political philosophy. It is fine to passionately support a candidate. What is egregious, however, is pursuing a goal, with no regard for the means to get there.

I will even state again, that Ms Clinton is the least worst of the two candidates. She will win the election.

That does not, nor should not, give her a pass when the average person would be (and in fact has been) sitting in jail for the same offenses.

You can continue to beat the "Clinton as the victim" drum, and I am sure you will. But you, unfortunately, don't get a free pass. In doing so you will continue to look foolish and continue to open yourself to ridicule and scorn.

    Have a nice day!

So a drug dealer got caught with a bunch of drugs. This means that someone either didn't get their money, or didn't get their drugs. It also means, he's probably going to turn on the suppliers because that's who the feds really want. So you probably have a cartel in Mexico and a high level drug organization in the US both mad and terrified of this guy and you think Bill Clinton gunned him down at the Salvation Army in BR? You're joking right?

If Comey were a lifelong democrat I can see this scenario but what incentive did he have to not prosecute her?

I think the case was close but not enough of a slam dunk for him to be certain of a conviction. Perhaps, the fact that he didn't prosecute rubs you the wrong way because he should have still gone forward but that's not what the feds do. They take cases they absolutely know they will win. That's why they have a ridiculously have conviction rate.

Sorry, you're wrong. The word "willfully" is all over the statutes.
