I saw the interview and even linked it in one of these threads. I didn't hear anything about LSU being his dream job. He also said he would be interested in talking to LSU about a move UP from his current status. NFL DL to NCAA DL is not a move up. I doubt he comes to LSU as DL coach although I think it would be good for LSU. No way should he be offered the DC job.

Seems that RS's comments that LSU is still in it for McFarland are not too far-fetched. Here is an article where he discusses his comments some and he mentions he went to the Cowboys game last night with Rueben Randle.

Being that McFarkland and Randle both like Oklahoma, I wonder if Oklahoma fans think they might talk each other into going to Oklahoma while they are on the interview tour together to promote the Army All-American game.

    Was cool learning that:

Ironically, McFarland’s team was eliminated from championship contention due to the arm and legs of his friend and current LSU commit Russell Shepard.

    Psst.....

Shepard, Randle, McFarland and Mingo are going to be hanging out for any entire week leading up to US Army All-American game. They play for the same team in that game.

    Don't tell anyone.
