Wont affect him much at all if it becomes an issue. He has been on top of most boards since the beginning and the grades are not too out of order to overlook. Usually the ones who have yet to be evaluated until late in the game and the ones who have no shot at fixing grade issues are the ones that get the axe.

I thought we already hashed this out in explicit detail.

Hopefully we don't have to explain it a 3rd time.

    Good job, bhelm. :thumb:

Anything new on McFarland? I haven't heard much about him lately, and honestly haven't been paying much attention.

    Nope, nothing new.

I haven't been too concerned with McFarland as I thought I'd be very pleased with Sentimore, but I've been hearing that Sentimore really needs to get his act together.

    Thank you, good sir.

I have to say I'm with you on Sentimore as well.

Supposedly an attitude problem... I don't want to base too much on just the little chatter I heard, but at the same time if there were no issues around Sentimore I think he would have an offer right now, so that lends itself to there being some truth behind this.

    I beg to disagree.

If we think we have legit shots at both McFarland and Davenport (strong LSU lean...aka lock), then we would not offer Sentimore with the projected 2 DTs we are trying to sign.

McFarland seems to be a can't miss DT (along with Davenport). Sentimore is a "probably will be productive".

Sentimore has a very high ceiling. Do not sell him short.

Sentimore doesn't even have a non-committable offer at this point though, which is what I'd believe he would have if it were not for the character concerns.

Well I know you don't believe Sentimore is higher on our board than either McFarland or Davenport.

And I know you don't believe we will take 3 DTs.
