    DORSEY vs. OKAM

JMO. Natural ability comes into play here of course, but I think LSU has a better coaching staff than Texas, all the way down to the position coaches, physical development, facilities... you name it. Texas gets the star athletes but they tend to underperform, generally speaking. Just my opinion.

This would be quite a significant post if you are a UT fan....is that the case?

Word is Davenport is actively recruiting McFarland to LSU.

And Shep is recruiting Loston who's recruiting Randle, who's recruiting Davenport who's recruiting McFarland. They would have liked to recruit Ford too but...well...he's already recruited.

Looks like we may have a lil circle jerk here.

Sounds like LSU is headed towards quite a climatic finish to their recruiting season.

I would sure love to see LSU pick up McFarland, but he has such strong family ties to Texas it may be a tough job pulling him away from the Longhorns.

Well, if LSU can get him to visit on a Sat. night game, that'll do a lot. At this point, it's hard to count LSU out for OOS recruits given Les Miles' track record at LSU.

Actually, it sounds like we're having a climatic start...
