    He got thirty one million in incentives and it didn't do the trick. He needs out of Oakland to have a chance for succes in not for long.

    Not sure if Davis will cut that purse string from him, that's a lot of money. That said, if Russell gets a 2nd chance somewhere else I think he will end up being a good backup QB. Not sure if he has the tools to be the leader of a team full time.

    Unless he can lock JR in the Raiders facility and ensure that he spends 4 hours on the treadmill and 8 hours watching film each day color me skeptical.
