Probably won't be able to watch it, but looks like next week he'll be on national TV. This is good because he'll probably be in a little longer next week anyway. Plus, NFL.com carries pretty good highlights for after the game.

Ouch! It sounds like JR needs to be playing a whole lot longer than one quarter if that's how he's looking. Yes, I know it spits in the face of what the NFL "does" in preseason--but we all know JR needed LOTS of reps @ LSU before he hit his stride.
It was really crazy when JR's stock went thru the roof pretty much based on one performance against a pretty bad Notre Dame defense in the Sugar Bowl in front of a huge national audience. In fact I am convinced the 50 yard pass to Lafell off balance (wrong footed) that went for a TD sealed his fate as the #1 overall pick. Based on sheer talent he vaulted to the top. Going into that game, he was projected lower first round, even high 2nd round by some. I hope he does some great things in the NFL, but if I had to put money on it, I don't believe he will amount to much in the long run. They will give him 4 to 5 years at Oakland and then it's possibly backup roles from that point on if he can't perform. We shall see.
