Still, although he took ownership of what happened in Oakland, he couldn't tell the interview one specific that he did wrong; like being lazy, not preparing, falling asleep in meetings, etc. That reeks of insincerity to me. And another thing, when asked if he would be willing go to one of the other pro/semi pro leagues to hone his skills and prove that he had the desire and work ethic to be an NFL QB, he said he wouldn't do it. I couldn't believe it. It seems like, if he really wanted it, he'd do whatever it took to get back. To me, it just showed that he was still making poor decisions. At least he was working out in LSU gear and not Bama, but I'm not convinced that it's a good thing.
Just another example of an "arm" not making a quarterback. Reminds me our qb when I was in HS. He could throw the ball 80 yards so the coaches were convinced he was a qb. But he was 5'7" and couldn't run an offense. Jamarcus is yet another kid who should have played TE.
he is a quarterback, if he can just get it through his head that he needs to work really, really hard, he will be ok. he never had to work, his physical ability was all he needed in high school and college. not like that in the NFL.
it wont but he should have  LOL JR = Loser Matt = leader and winner talent gets you NOWHERE without the proper attitude.
As I indicated before, dude is a loser of the highest order. He got paid over $30 million guaranteed money and DID NOT TRY. That's bottom of the barrel loser.
