NOBODY could teach Beckham and Landry to make the kinds of catches they make. Its God given talent. You either have it or you don't. A coach can help them get better at running routes and other facets of the position but a coach can't give a player new hands
A rebuilding season is not a sinking ship. It's a statistical outlier. Ten years this ship has floated very well while the anti-Miles crowd had to grit their teeth. Best wait for the actual sinking before slapping each other on the back.
You can't have it both ways. If you're going to skewer the coaching staff when QBs don't develop you have to give credit when other positions do. Yes Landry and OBJ are tremendously talented athletes, but they did develop and grow through their time at LSU.
