The good news as far as Ole Miss goes is we usually don't lay a turd two seasons in a row to them.

Looking back at the auburn game, Chief played 24 just on the D side of the ball. Cam took his foot off the gas at times. We got up by 21 pts. then it was they scored, we scored, etc. till the game ended. Gus has spent 4 seasons at barn, three as the OC and one as the HC. During those years, against our defense, they avg. less than 17 ppg., this includes the Cam year. Last year they avg. 40 ppg, LSU held them to their lowest of 21 pts in a game. If Cameron wouldn't have taken his foot off the gas at times, we could have put up 50 on them.

I know many think Ole Miss will get us in Tiger stadium, some think Miss St will do the same. Ole Ms has to replace 3 on the OL, with our CB's returning, I like this match up. The loss of Moncrief will also be seen, under 1,000 yds. receiving, 15.9 ypc. and 6 TD's, he was a major part of what they used. Remember they finished 8-5 with a loss to Moo St and Missouri to end the regular season. Mett had a game he couldn't much right. Last year they returned 9 starters on the O and 10 on their D.

As for Miss St, the last time we lost to them in Tiger Stadium was 1991, 11 straight trips in with a loss. Overall, LSU has won 14 straight in this series. Last year the only team to put 59 pts on them was LSU (our high scoring game for the year).

I could make a case for LSU to win every game this year. I know this, LSU has never had a Cam and Chief on each side of the ball running things. The return of BD Peveto can only help on Special Teams. I was talking with a coach one time and he was telling me that their ST Coach needed to talk with Bradley Dale on some blocking schemes.

He's a closet Bama fan ... don't you realize they beat us TWICE in 2011, not once. That first game wasn't us winning.

Same as every year's prediction: undefeated national champs. 15-0. I don't see a game we "should" lose.

LSU will lose 3 games this season ,> LSU as we all know will depend on our QB's play <. Yes we have Cam , but really how good are the young QB's ? Auburn , will lose 2 games , they had a good team last season , and they will have a good team this year Will We be able to beat them back to back to backto back to back to back that would 4 games if we can . ?? . Lady Luck likes to hang out with good teams , but she will want a different team this season . Bama will be trying to prove once again they are the best money team in college football. That last season was a mistake , it was . Saban made the big one in the Auburn game .Our Tigers will need some luck this season .
We could have should have beat Bama last season , can we do it this season ??

Bama and ole miss at home. Both wins IMO. UF will get tricky and the A&M road game, but I think we win those. I think we have a real shot a 1 loss. AU on the road will be a tough one.

The age of our QB is a non factor.

The past is the past and this is the 1st time Les Miles has had a good QB coach/OC.

I agree. Obviously we can lose a few, but there is not a single game we are out matched in. We will have one of the best Olines in the country and that WILL GO a long way.

I don't think we drop 4 Ina row to Bama nor 2 Ina row to Ole piss.

6 and 6 seems about right. But it all starts with their Houston Bowl game with Wisconsin. They win that one - on their way to 8-4.
