    True - his best coordinators were Aranda and Ensminger - both holdovers from the previous regime.

    I would stop short of labeling the 2 current coordinators as failures. But hiring inexperienced coordinators was not a smart move. We have too much talent on the team to have it not used to it’s maximum potential as the coordinators learned on the job in the toughest league in the nation.

    I agree with this. Two inexperienced coordinators was dumb. One would have been a stretch. He outsmarted himself.
