    GEAUX TIGERS!!

I'm trying something new today on the pit. Armadillo Eggs:

    Boneless Chicken Thighs
    Lean Jimmy Dean
    Bacon
Philadelphia Chive & Onion cream spread
    Mild banana peppers and a
couple dashes of your favorite seasonings.

Spread the cream cheese in the middle of the chicken thighs add the peppers and wrap the ground sausage around it. Then tightly wrap you bacon around that.

I hope they come out like this guy's that I got recipe from on another forum.

sounds good. i had something similar using shrimp and stuffing the cream cheese/pepper mix in split shrimp, then bacon wrapped and grilled. really good!

You know, when I posted that I had a feeling you would be able to give me something to soup it up. I'd throw the chicken thighs away for shrimp...or like grandmother used to say, "Shrimps." :hihi:
