I would say yes if other teams were squeaking out hard fought victories over us. We are getting pummeled.
Well, being that they run the ball and LSU does not STOP the run........at all, it is a very logical conclusion absent any changes.
Personally, I saw this coming in New Orleans against Alabama, we have gradually slid to the edge of the cliff before this year, we just fell off and the "parachute" was left behind. I don't think I am alone. It really does not matter what Miles has done in the past, they have gradually gotten worse each year since playing for a NC. If he were to wholesale admit "his style" and program need massive changes I could at least have some hope. He keeps doing things the same way, failing, and thinking he can get different results. Maybe I am wrong and I hope I am.............
That's pretty much what Paul Finebaum has been saying for a few months but I thought he was just catering to the Bammers. I hate to admit he was right.
1. Congrats, I bet Funky Town was on fire after that victory. Would have loved to have been around Montgomery Plaza watching those TCU beauties party it up. 2. Completely agree with you. It's almost like he refuses to adapt with the times. In fact I think he is going in reverse. This whole bullshit idea that running quarterbacks can effectively run a pro style offense may have been an interesting science project. But it's done and over with. Either start running a zone read type offense, or quit recruiting these types of quarterbacks. And on defense we have no difference makers at DT. We may not even make a bowl game this year and of that happens, to me it's what have you done for me lately and Les Miles and LSU need to go their separate ways.
Thanks for the TCU props, really appreciate it. I was there, I have seen LSU students rush the field and now TCU, all for good reasons.......something even us old f&^kers don't forget and wish they could still do!
no hard feelings guys but I wish some of you were around more when I was voicing my views and catching heat.
