I think there is a strong reason why Lee was put in last year or MUCH needed passing downs....

    That is all..

Also, Lee never had a chance to get into a game rythm last year....

Damnit I love this thread. Good job turning the conversation in a positive direction and for everyone stepping up behind Lee.

Don't get me wrong, I feel badly for the young men (all of them) who got caught up in the incidents last week. It's sad to see all of them in the situation they are no matter how they arrived there. My hope is that they all grow from it and make good from here on out. My prayers are with them all.

It's time for everyone to move forward now and rally together as we all can do so very well. Get inspired and get behind this team. They are going to need everyone's support. So think of the new possibilities and start getting cranked up. It's just seven days away and we are headed for one hell of a season. If you love this team and this university then you are part of this. Buy a ticket, get out to the stadium and cheer these guys to victory.

    Let's do it right!

    Geaux Tigers!!!

Correct. You say the recievers just need someone to get the ball to them. You must admit that Jordon Jefferson has not been that person. There was only about 8 or 10 quarters of football last year where you can honestly say that jj was competent at throwing the ball. Jj doesn't throw as many interceptions as lee but jj can not make the throws lee can. Krag will have lee ready. Lee throws for at least 200 yards aginst the ducks.

You do realize that one of the biggest things affecting J Lee was confidence. Sprinkle in a little coach Krag and a supportive Tiger Nation and ...

    I'm just sayin.

I am for my Tigers to rise above all of the nonsense of the off season and win. I was behind Jefferson 100 percent while he was the starter. I would at this point rather have Mett step in. If Lee throws one pic early he will wilt. Like always and only get worse. I hope his mental game has stepped up too.

If Lee has put 2008 behind him then he will be successful. Hopefully the fans will do the same. I just hope if he struggles the crowd doesn't turn on him. I'm pretty sure the Tiger Stadium crowd hasn't forgotten 2008. I fear we may not have forgiven him either.
