I'd prefer a coach who runs a hybrid pro style offense with elements of the pistol and spread built in, just to mix things up when needed. I'd like to continue being a power running team that is balanced, creative, and can also beat you with the pass if you sell out to stop the run. I'd like a QB who can complete at least 63% of his passes but can also pick up first downs with his legs, if needed. I'd like to have a package of plays for every position eligible to run/catch/receive the ball; most notably the TE. I'd like to be able to run draws/screens/misdirections on over aggressive defenses. Is this too much?
