No not really because a fetus isn't a person. And killing a poor person is murder, stopping a fetus or some cells from becoming a human in 9 months isnt.

 

You realize there is absolutely no substance to anything you say? On what basis is a fetus any less a person than some other guy?

Every living person has a right to not be murdered. You can make up whatever fairytale standard you want to justify the murder, but that doesn't make it not a murder.

For Christsakes Dr. Seuss knew a person is a person, no matter how small.

 

Yes, mostly because it's cheaper to pay for a life sentence than it is a death sentence.
