I would have expected a less ignorant response even from a pompous liberal like yourself. Whether I have seen a gang tattoo or not is irrelevant. Yes, I have seen gang tattoos. No, I don't know the subtle distinction that would let me say, "That guy's a Crip." or "That Guy's a Blood." Or a Bandito or whatever. Your response that you wouldn't cross the street to avoid a gang of thugs has three possible explanations. 1. You live a sheltered life and have never left your mother's basement. 2. You have no sense of self preservation, maybe as a consequence of living in Mom's basement. 3. You are lying. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say you must be lying.
Maybe you just live in a shitty town? I'm not going to walk into the Desire Projects. It's a high crime area, but people with sagging pants and tattoos play no role in my assessment of where I go.

I'm getting the feeling that you're nt sure what "ignorant" means by your use of the word. I grew up in Louisiana in a city that is probably majority African American. I went to schools that were majority African American. Perhaps exposure to sagging pants, tattoos, slang, hip hop music, etc. at a young age allowed me to see the people you're afraid of for what they really are: different. I'm not afraid of black people, pants sagging or not, tattoos or not. I understand people on a human level. I don't watch Fox News, so I'm not afraid of my shadow.

Not at all, and I see people with sagging pants all the time. I almost always screw with them for it too. Say shit like "hey bro, you know you can't outrun 5 Oh with your britches around your thighs right" Point is, most of these idiots are thug wannabes. I'm well aware of what the real ones look like and to be honest, no, I don't see any of them in my part of town. Should that situation arise I'm not going to go out of my way to give them a reason to fuck with me. That is just dumb.
I hate sagging pants. No one wants to see that shit, that and pants stuffed inside boots, especially at my work, pull your pants up, take em out of your boots or you will be written up and potentially ended for violation of dress code policy.
