thanks for the info John, makes me feel a little better. I still cant understand why CLM is not playing JJ more so he will be ready for next season. Tigers will need JJ next year. without him ready to go LSU will be in the same situation in 09

I'll buy that. In the context of THIS thread, you are correct. The GA game was a team loss.

    However, without Lee's picks, we played bad...but would've won...and I'm a results oriented guy.

There are definitely those that are strictly results oriented and those that look at how the team plays. I feel bad even after a win if the team played poorly. But as much as I absolutely HATE loosing, you have to give the team credit for playing a really good game today. Put an average QB behind center and we beat the #1 team in the nation. I feel bad but I also see where the team especially on defense made huge improvement. We're one decent QB away from being a contender again.

He assumed they would be managing the game like Flynn and Mauck did.
    Give him a break.

I saw Russell Sheppard play a high school game this year.
He reminded me of Terrell Pryor, he is awesome.

This is just a question, not a opinion or comment.... I see several posts on here that says we will be awesome next year... What will make us so much better next year?? Is it a belief that Lee will be that much better next year or that our Defense will be a lot better ?? just wondering...

Experience makes a huge difference. In Lee's case, not so much.

I didn't see the game, listened to it on radio while driving back from Fla. I thought the defense must have played its best game of the year today. I was happy about that. Getting 200 yds rushing against Bama was good, both Scott and Williams ran well.

Next year, Lee has the opportunity to progress. If he does not, Jefferson will have better knowledge of the offense. But, we'll lose 3 on the o-line, plus Byrd. Sometimes its hard to get all the pieces there at the same time.
