I agree the Offense needs help, but Im not sure crowton is the one calling all the shots. I dont remember his offense looking like this in the past. I think miles might be calling too many shots, and this is stopping our offense from building an identity. They dont know who they are becuase they dont have one leader. Im not calling for a firring I just want one person in charge of the offense. SO my question to you is; is this crowtons offense ?
Leslie has his hands in the pie. Trying to prevent what happened last year in giving the young QB too much to handle.
it's Crowton's i've read from BYU and Oregon fans to expect this. balls on fire year one, nobody can stop it, light up the score board then gradually get more and more vanilla while scoring fewer and fewer points. sounds a lot like what's happening now. and Les Miles was on neither of those two schools' staffs while Crowton was.
I feel its one of these two problems... 1. Les is not allowing Crowton to take complete control. 2. Crowton has gotten so full of himself that he is unwilling to bring his play calling down to a level that is comfortable for Jefferson.
I heard that Crowton ripped out all the mis-direction plays and chapters out of his playbook and left in Chapter One - Running a Vanilla Offense Scheme That was beyond pathetic play calling.:dis:
