Hmmm.... RR on the list, but no Mo or Sam? Is it just me, or has Orson Charles been playing football forever? Didn't he play for the Denver Broncos in like the 70s or something? Just one of those throwback names, I guess.
Gut says Randle is gone, and Sam is still up in the air. No sources obviously. I could understand Sam. He has been a great ambassador of our university, and if he left, I think his character would speak enough that I could respect his reasons without knowing them. With his previous injury and a light draft on rushing ends, it might be the perfect storm. I would love to see him comeback, and it would be a great loss, but I could understand it more than Randle. Randle may be frustrated by our offense, but he would shine in next years scheme. I thought our offense looked mostly amazing the first 6 or 7 games this season. The play action pass was a thing of beauty. With a great running game, we would line up in vanilla formations and still make plays. Krags, Stud, and Miles will tailor the offense around the QBs strengths, therefore, I think Randle could finally have the year he was meant to have and his stock would rise. Heres hoping we return them all for another run next year, and hoping everyone has a healthy and fruitful career
