your post said recent lakers teams... did it not?

are you just picking one team or conveniently leaving out the more talented teams and/or players?

    gasol, d-fish etc...

um, we were obviously talking about the time between when shaq left until last year.

fisher played three years for gsw and utah. lakers were led by all-stars chucky atkins and jumaine jones. throw in a bench player like luke walton and i can hardly sit here and not call phil jackson a failure for not winning it all.

you dont think the lakers from last year (a recent lakers team) who won the west and made it to the nba finals could sniff the finals if kobe (in his prime) was replaced with jordan (in his prime)?????

yes, but unfortunately i was not talking that team. and it still would have been tough considering gasol is no stronger with the ball than a four year old kid with lyme desease is. jordan's defense wasnt a lot greater than kobes and that was the problem.

you said the 06 team. thsat means 2006-2007, which was the team i listed. dont blame me.

them 05 team went 45-37. im assuming you mean them and not 06?

    this was their roster.
    Kobe
    Brain Grant
    Odom
    Kwame
    Devean George

Kobe averaged 28 ppg, 50% shooting, and 40% from three. would jordan have made a difference at all? no.
