I have a very hard time singling out anyone else.

He has a chance to become a Jevon Kearse type at the next level once he starts to learn to control himself (and adds about 20-25 lbs of muscle). He's still so very raw but what a disturbing figure in the opponent's backfield.

    What say you?

I'm having trouble finding one that is as quick and seemingly agile. Alem got off the ball quick, but he always took himself out of the play. Seems Mingo has more control of that and can contain alot better. Dude's got some skills, though.

Alem is definitely up there. You're right, he didn't always take the correct path to the QB.

He's kinda like a tall linebacker at the end. When he adds some muscle he will be even more beastly

Kirsten Pittman pre-injuries is all I can think of.

I hope that if I somehow get to play QB and UCO (University of Central Oklahoma) that he is not still playing should LSU ever put us on the schedule.

James Gillyard was pretty quick and fast, not sure who is faster out of the two though. I think Mingo rounds the corner pretty good and brings it better than anyone I can remember in the last 10 years (from that position)...not sure what it is about the kid (that makes him different) but he comes in full force with a purpose. But, yeah I think Gillyard is probably the closest I can think of...and he was pretty good.

Sam Montgomery. Not as fast straightline as Mingo but very quick.
