He didn't play a single down against the Vikings but I never heard a word about why not.

I was asking the same thing, but I could have sworn I saw him throw a block on a kickoff return.

no he's not injured everybody in the crowd was wondering the same thing he came out after half and running around pumping up the crowd but only got in to block for Pierre on KO. Just another example of how Payton doesn't know how to use his players correctly. Oh and have to agree with Bradshaw Payton called a horrible game imo.

    No, he just sucks.

Not sure what happened to him the last half of the year, but he was completely horrible.

His average ypc was somewhere about 2.5 the last 5-6 games of the season.

I saw Hamilton go in the backfield, but Bell didn't get a chance. In 2 weeks our coach needs to run down hill at Indy and Bell could be useful. The Colts are not that big, but are very quick on defense.

Hamilton coming in on 3rd and 1 was a joke.

How are you going to have Pierre Thomas, who was in the zone at that point and continued to be all night long, sitting on the bench on that play. Payton underestimating the opponent once again. That's ego getting in the way.

    Use the best personnel.

PThomas should have touched the ball 25 times in that game.

PT will have to touch the ball 25 times against Indy if the Saints expect to beat the Colts. If the Saints don't pull out all the stops on our run game, this could be a long day for our team.

That has never happened in any game since PT has been in the NFL. He only averaged 10.5/carries a game this season, and even less than that in his previous two seasons. He doesn't have the frame to withstand that many carries, which is why he is always having problems with his ribs.

Seems like he would be really useful against the Colts. Their D is very fast but small. Seems like we could use his 225 lbs and be a little smash mouth and keep Peyton off of the field. Even Peyton can't score from the pine.
