It just seems to me that hes to persistant and is scared of change. He just does stuff that doesnt work and its like hes scared to try something else
He is 50-13 as head coach of LSU. In the SEC that's phenomenal. He is 4-0 in bowl games and he has won a BCS National Championship. He is on his way to yet another 10 win season (which would be 4 out of 5 years....IMO he would have 10 wins in each of his 5 years as LSU coach if it weren't for the Perrilloux fiasco). Sprinkle in his recruiting classes and the way that he's represented the university and you got your answer. You tell me if he's a good coach.
Your right hes a great recruiter and a team with is much talent that lsu has should get 10 wins every year. hes 50-13
Luv your poster name....hope its true. If so, be ready to turn the other cheek or use the ignore feature, at times. These guys here are mostly great. Some not so great. All have an opinion and are glad to share. I love the board. And I'm a rival poster. But I try to stay away from smack talk. Yes........he is a very good coach. Great in some circumstances. Give another year or two to see how opinions are. Most other schools want a good coach. LSU wants a damn good coach and a damn strong team. But who doesn't?:thumb:
This. And to say he's scared of change is not really all that true. Remember the co D coordinators? Remember that last in the SEC defense last year? Things got shook up something fierce. The good thing about Miles is the fact that he wins ball games and the fact that he has class. I'm pretty sure he's a motivator. What else do you need from a head coach?
