Now I am not here to stir it up as I have always been one of the Les Miles supporters. But I was listening to Baton Rouge Radio today and they pointed out something that I found odd at first. Les acted pretty strange after the Arkansas game, almost "Swan Song" like if that is a term. So I just sat and watched the Les Miles show and at the end he said "I enjoyed my association with this program"... He just seemed kind of "well it was a fun ride" Now tell me I am reading something into this that isnt there. It was more an end of season thing... IE he is leaving.. I hope and pray he doesn't leave. Although how could you blame with all the bashing he has taken for having the best winning percentage in LSU history.
I've often been intrigued with the thought of Coach Miles in the NFL. Part of me thinks he'd do very well, as he's a players' coach who likes to delegate. Not a control-freak like Saban. Hope he stays here though.
He does have a subdued presence, noticed it all game long. However, the "program" comment was is in reference to the TV program, as they were thanking all the people involved.
SportsMonday Column: Don't assume that Jim Harbaugh is Michigan-bound just yet | The Michigan Daily :geaux: Interesting read. Harbaugh definitely at the top of the list. Les mentioned only once, 'bout how he "got away" when Lloyd Carr retired. :LSU231:
