I can't remember Davey throwing many under thrown passes, but I believe they were both drafted in 2002 - Reed to the Bills (still there) and Davey to the Pats (now coaching at U High or somewhere).
SIX interceptions returned for touchdowns this season -- the most in the NCAA. People tend to jump on the bandwagon calling for people's heads way too soon, but I'm close to joining them. I know he's a red-shirt, but my goodness...
I have never ever said a word about the QB, but from the beginning of this game Lee is not a big time CFB QB. Time to move on. Not into the rebuilding years thing. Reload. But Lee can't get it done. He is only surviving because of skill players. Sorry but I had to say it.
Yeah, Lee is horrible. The pick sixies are draining our emotions and he can't throw anything but a long ball or fade. Unless he can make unprecedented strides, I don't see him being a big time college QB, and that is what we expect at LSU.
I ve been watching LSU play a long time, way back to woodely and ensminger and I havent seen a QB this bad. they should play jefferson We can win games but we beat ourselves.
I remember 2 big names LSU QBs making bad decisions... JR had a rough season before he took over... and Flynn made some bad mistakes in a few games before his starting season... most notably the pick 6 he threw in the SECCG against UGA.
Yeah, but Lee has thrown an NCAA leading six pick sixes for the season, has 14 INTs for the season, with five coming in this game!!! I am 5'6" and have never played QB, but I seriously think I could do better than that. Okay, maybe not, but.....
