    Ugly people don't really get much uglier. The good looking people have much greater room to fall. You're already adjusted to Rosie's disgusting face as sad as that is.

    It was a much bigger adjustment when I saw Nelly Furtado got fat. Umm bigger.
    I still love her.

    It was an eye opener when I measured my waist with actual measuring tape to track fitness goals. I'd been wearing 34" pants for years so I thought I must have a 34" waist. Nope.

    On the subject of fat-shaming: If you're fat, you're shamed every day by the mirror, your tight-fitting pants, chairs, etc. If you're going through life calling people fat and thinking you're doing them a favor or motivating them, no - you're just an asshole.
