you are correct. If Troy would not be down to the 3rd string QB I promise LSU would be in a dog fight next Sat. and Troy would probably beat LSU ( Tigers will be down from the Bama Loss)
A question to test my "mental capacity"... Am I to assume that if I don't agree with your "the sky is falling" mentality, you'll find my "mental capacity" lacking? Please explain to me how that works, because obviously my "mental capacity" is too small to understand on my own...:rolleye33: You're writing off the entire team and coaching staff due to one NOT AS GOOD season. In all likelihood, with or without Lee, we'll finish 9-3 and go go to a January bowl. If that's not good enough for you, then I simply suggest you trade all your LSU merchandise in for USC stuff, because three-loss seasons are going to happen from time to time in a conference like the SEC. Or is that too simple of a response for the great "mental capacity" of DanTheBandwagonFan?
You guys crack me up, we just won a National Championship, and graduated arguably the best class in school history....Teams don't stay the same every year, you gotta take the good with the bad. Did Bama not go 6-6 last year and lose to UL Monroe?? Did Florida not lose 4 games? Think how fans of those schools were feeling last year as we marched to a NC? It can't be our turn every year. Teams have down seasons, it happens. It could be a lot worse than having a few non-BCS berths every decade.....You people act like it's the end of the world that LSU lost in OT to the #1 team. Some fans have gotten too spoiled for their own good. LSU is better off with a lot of these so called "fans" anyway, so it doesn't bother me to hear them say they are losing faith in Miles. We'll be back. Hell, we're already back far as I'm concerned. That performance yesterday was great. We had 21 guys playing at a championship level for 60+ minutes....The QB situation will work itself out one way or another next year and we'll be right back in top-5 form. Everybody just chill out. Yesterday's loss was painful, so were the other two, but it doesn't erase how lucky we've been to witness LSU performing at an elite level for the last 5 years.
