I read last night that we both have ooc games on Nov 19th that the league would pay for and allow us to play. Talk about a tough November for us. Bama, arky, Florida and tamu 4 straight weeks. That's rough sledding.
How nice of the SEC to "allow" us to play Florida in November. Maybe with the Big 12 trying to expand, we should geaux to that conference and give them a marquee name to add to their brand. Do you think for one minute that the SEC wouldn't have told Florida they were getting their asses to Tuscaloosa to play if this involved Alabama?

To be fair...what power could of Alleva wielded to avoid being handcuffed in this situation? We offered them everything and then some. We can't drag them to BR or out of FL. Alleva sucks but in this situation only the SEC had the power to prevent these situations from occuring before they happen or force an outcome to prevent competitve advantage when they occur. UF stalled until the point we couldn't get in and they refused to get out. All while knowing that anything but playing this game benefited them in all scenarios.
