MY BAD.....I dint see this thread, I started another...here is my OP:

Have you guys been watching this kid?? He is Fantastic, you have to give Rich Rod a little credit...when your job is on the line........If the shoe fits....

    Denard Robinson - 6'0" - 193lbs

    Week 1:
    Passing - 19-22 186 yds 1 Td
    Rushing - 25 carries - 197 yds 1 Td

    Week 2:
    Passing - 24-40 244 yds 1 Td
    Rushing - 28 carries 258 yds 2 Tds

    Russell Shepard - 6'1" 190lbs

    Week 1:
    Rushing - 5 carries 67 yds 1 Td

    Week 2:
    Rushing - 7 carries 48 yds 1 Td

Can Shep just not throw "AT ALL" ?????

Can he atleast beat these stats at the QB position????

    Week 1:
    Passing - 15-21 151 yds 2 Tds 1 int
    Rushing - 10 carries 15 yds 0 tds

    Week 2:
    Passing - 8-20 96 yds 0 td 1 int
    Rushing - 13 carries 13 yds 0 tds

    Those were JJ's Stats......

If I am dreaming, wake me up!

But I think I speak for most when I say, it didnt work in '08, it didnt work in '09.....and as for '10....well you be the judge if you want to watch the same ole same ole

I am NOT bashing our win.......I am simply thinking OUTSIDE THE BOX!

If we let Shep throw a little, then the wildcat wont be so predictable.....Im Just Sayin....If the kid can at least throw the ball....that can set up an additional 10 to 15 carries a game for him right????? - Who Knows, unless we try....he is a play maker and I'm not too sure about his receiving skills....

More like Michael Vick and that is the highest compliment I can think of. Stays healthy, probably good enough to save richrods job and I didn't think that was possible. Unfortunately with the spread offense, there is always the spread defense.

Don't ever question the LSU coaches or especially the senior members of this forum. RS CANNOT THROW THE BALL. Even the RBs on other teams that have occasionally thrown a pass from this formation are better than RS. Besides, it might hurt JJ's feelings if RS TRIES to throw a pass.

BTW, don't let RS run from from the Wild Tiger either. That might hurt JJ's feelings also.

I thought each game was about LSU??

I guess it has become all about Shep at some houses.

Actually, it's about the quarterback position and everyone in their own unique way are trying to figure out a way to get the offense going.

    Thank You Tusk!

Its about not wanting to watch '08 & '09 repeats all over again....It's about exploring ALL possible options and maybe, just maybe, crowton......THINK A LITTLE outside the box.
