A couple of nights ago Alex Rodriguez hit his 24th home run on his 40th birthday, becoming the oldest Yankee to go yard on his birthday. The night before he hit 3 into the Yankee Stadium bleachers. He would have to be a compete idiot to be taking steroids again after what he has been through but the way he has played this year is pretty suspicious.
they always have something not being tested for. many things. he is one of a few to hit a homer in his teens and in his 40s. thats a long baseball career. steroids aint bad when done right.
He is doing something. Like Tirk eluded to, athletes and doctors stay ahead of the curve when it comes to supplements and he could be taking some shit that isn't banned yet. Even so I'm pretty hypocritical when it comes to Rodriguez, I'll admit that. I can't stand him and I'm way more likely to bash him for roids even though I really don't care if they take roids. Let's be honest here, baseball is way more fun with steroids. Major League Baseball that is. I don't think it has a place in college unless it's to rehab an injury. I think there is a way a medical professional can put a college or high school athlete on a steroid to heal them without it creating a juice head. But professionals get paid, let em juice.
When skip was here LSU had a creatine drink dispenser in the locker room. Our boys were big back then. Brandon Larson somehow hit 40 bombs in one college baseball season.
Unless you want your sports stars to be synthetic superbots,.. Don't let em juice,.. keep sports clean and fair.
