Just send Chuck Norris. Seriously, even if it's deep underground people have to come and go from the site, supplies have to be delivered, ect. Even if it took quite a few bombs over a period of weeks the site would become a hostile work environment. Hard to get any work done when you are in fear for your life every second.
A lot more good came out of the deal for Iran. They got cash and prestige. They now are in a position to be a power partner with Russia in the area. Which means more Syrian war refugees destabilizing Europe. They will still develop nukes. Where's the good again?
