Re: Iows vs Penn State Iowa's OL is elite. Bryan Bulaga is a Top 10 big ugly. And Kyle Calloway is a Top 25. Their TE, Tony Moeaki, he's awesome, Top 10 TE (think a tad bit better than our own Richard Dickson).

Re: Iows vs Penn State As for Penn State, their QB (Clark) is playing like crap tonight (39.3%, 2 INTS). He's supposed to be Top 10. Same with the Penn State RB (Royster). He's supposed to be Top 10, and he's looking like crap. 59 yards, 3.5 YPC, one fumble lost. As for those two Penn St LBs (Bowman and Lee), they are supposed to be Top 10. Watch them.
Re: Iows vs Penn State Well, that's that. #5 Penn State gets taken down, 10-21. Coach Ferentz of Iowa has won 7 of the last 8 against Paterno (but as the announcers are reminding us, they are "very good friends"). Not cool for Penn State fans. In Iowa's first game of this season, they struggled with Div 2 Northern Iowa, 17-16 (and the Northern Iowa Panthers outgained Iowa 354 yards to 329). That would be like LSU struggling against ULL.
Re: Iows vs Penn State Bizarre what happens when you try to actually be a fan... Interesting what can happen when one believes in his team. Penn State loses bad to Iowa at home... and their stadium is the biggest football stadium in the USA (107,282 capacity). Tiger Stadium is #9 with 92,400.

The rain was constant and helped keep the noise down... but the Hawks were everywhere on D... we still have some work to do with the offense... Good win for you guys... not pretty... but look at the upsets... take the "w" and move forward... there's a whole lotta teams still trying to figure out who they are... 4-0 looks pretty damn good for anyone right now...
Re: Iows vs Penn State High five to you! As for the rest of your post that discounted LSU... I cut that out because I don't like seeing people discount my Cardiac Cats, esp. here on an LSU forum. But I take that as a source of pride that some Iowa fan is on our forum in the first place. Greatness is magnetic.
