Paul is willing to go to war when we are actually threatened. Are you prepared to declare war on Iran at this moment? If you aren't, how do you propose we stop Iran from getting a nuke? Economic sanctions? Our creditor, China, is tight with Iran. Bluster from our president and in the UN? If Iran gets a nuke, they'll only be 299 behind Israel. Israel can take care of itself. We can't afford to chase the illusion of security. The world is a dangerous place, China or Russia or any number of nations could slip a nuke to a terrorist. I hate that there are so many scared people willing to spend the money of future generations and dilute the beacon of liberty that our country is to the world. The cuts we just agreed to are cuts to future increases in spending and amount to putting us further into debt. If we keep spending like this the US will turn into a has been by the time my daughter has children, if not before.

this is the attitude that worked 30 years ago. now its about nations that allow terrorism to flourish. it isnt like we are worried about being attacked by iran. but we could be attacked by iranians. these days we need to force every other nation to be vigilant about finding and prosecuting terrorists.
